WATER LEVELS FORECAST NOVEMBER 2024 – US ARMY CORPS. Monthly mean water levels for L. Michigan-Huron dropped 6 inches from September – below average for first time in 10 years. All Great Lakes continue seasonal decline and are projected to continue to decline. L. Michigan precipitation for October was 61% of historical average. All Lakes received well below average water supplies. Out-flows through all connecting channels was above average in October; but St Mary’s River flow was below average.
