Milton is up 40% principally for parkland acquisition and provision for parks maintenance. Cash balances exceed 17 months of spending – Milton and Torch Lake Townships cash is about $2 million each, Elk Rapids is about $1 million. The data shows overhead ranges from 24% to 38% of spending.
